Fortech LLC and A1webcams, Inc. teamed up to exhibit at the 2016 West Pack in Anaheim, CA. We showcased our Downtime Viewer. It combines visual and video production line downtime monitoring. It makes root cause analysis of equipment downtime extremely simple and helps with OEE optimization. The event as a whole was overwhelming, amazing and educational. There were nearly 10,000 exhibitors of all sizes. Some booths here basically mini production lines to show the capabilities of the technology and equipment. The general trend was towards automation.
A1Webcams will be revealing a new production camera developed just for Line Monitoring Systems, specifically the newest Line Site System – Power over Coax Kit. It’s smaller, faster and backwards compatible with all of our older Line Monitoring Systems. It’s even built for future technologies we plan to implement in the coming year. Slated to be released by the end of October, we will keep you updated.
